Service Description

By our very nature of having a body we are embodied, the more we can feel, sense and become aware of how we react and respond to the world around us the more we can learn about our desires, wants and needs, the more we can find our voice to truly express ourselves in our lives . Autonomous Bodies is a workshop open to anyone who wants to come and explore the endless possibilities of who we can be in the world.
