Body Psychotherapy

About Me
Welcome to my site, thank-you for being here!
I am an advanced trainee body-psychotherapist working towards UKCP accreditation. I completed my training at the Cambridge Body Psychotherapy Centre before moving to Glasgow in 2019 to set up private practice.

As a trauma informed body - psychotherapist I work with a range of techniques including touch, movement, meditation, art materials, guided imagery and visualisations as well as the more traditional person-centred talk therapy.

I offer long term depth and relational therapy. I have found that by committing to the process of psychotherapy deep change and transformational results can occur, supporting you to connect more deeply with yourself, others and the world around you.

I am fully insured, receive regular supervision and am committed to ongoing professional development. I am a UKCP registered training member and a member of the Association of Biodynamic Massage Therapists. I adhere to the code of ethics for both organisations.

I know that thinking about going to psychotherapy can be a daunting process. Throughout these pages I have tried to include as much information as possible to help you decide if this is for you but if you find you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me here.

We all have an innate capacity for self-healing and self-discovery. Sometimes, however, we need support along the way to find the space where we feel safe enough to dive deep into this possibility.
"Once we open up to the flow of energy in our body, we can also open up to the flow of energy in the universe."
Wilhelm Reich
